  • Puppies must be three months or younger at the start of preventative care
  • The Lyme vaccine is optional and will be recommended based on the lifestyle of your pet
  • Each visit is a scheduled appointment with the doctor and will give you ample time to discuss any questions or concerns. We feel that this is important in giving your puppy the best possible start to a healthy life.
  • Payment is due at the time of each visit.
  • The Puppy Wellness Package does NOT include:
    - Flea control
    - Additional doses of heartworm prevention beyond the single dose at each visit
    - Lyme vaccines - these are optional based on your pet's need / lifestyle
